It's definetelly allowed, it's the same horror as Dandy's world
There were also this game's recreations in Scratch and they were not banned and the term is searchable
The game itself is not scary compared to the banned ones

Never played it but that sounds okay, however I would avoid jumpscares as I’m pretty sure they’re not allowed.

I've played 1 day once. I think its fine as long as you don't make anything scary in a project.

I mean it's probably fine. No jumpscares, no flashing lights, and if the violence seems a bit excessive turn it down. Horror atmosphere is probably fine, because i am making a project with eerie vibes and i feel like im navigating through a minefield already.

A few things I have noticed playing the game-

The game contains guns, so either make them highly unrealistic or don't add them.

The game has some mild horror, you might want to tone it down.

The game has some non-gory killing (of people and animals), so this is a bit of a worry.

I've played it and it can be fine, just don't make things too realistic otherwise it might get banned.

As long as it follows the community guidelines, then yes, it should be. Just remember that if there's any violence or weapons make sure to remove/tone it down cause Scratch is for all ages.
