This may be a hot take buti mean, toby is a master of the unexpected, of course our theories arent gonna be right. if they were all right, deltarune would be too predictable
I feel like Deltarune would be better if Toby actually released chapters all at once and didn't interact with the fandom
Sure, we wouldn't get stuff like Mike's room or Battat, but i feel like he's focusing in proving your theories wrong and fanservice
also if i remember correctly the only “fanservice” in the new chapters (CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG) were mike's room/battat, the hammer of justice battle, and a few blink-and-you'll-miss-it gags (im not calling gerson's appearance as a whole fanservice because even though he IS a returning undertale character hes also integral to susie's character arc, plus toby has already had the entire plot of deltarune planned out for a while so im pretty sure he was gonna show up either way)

theory:Me when I have two interests that I merge them into one: (I spent an hour imagining the fun gang, Noelle, and berdly as a crk team. Kris is light defense, Susie is steel charge, berdly is wind ranged, Noelle is ice magic, ralsei is dark heal/support)

Another topic user has made the same complaint before. Expect to not get replies to every single post you make, I know I've been ignored a few times but I'm aware that that is just how stuff works out.
If you feel excluded, you could look for Deltarune-related studios instead since there can be multiple studios about the same thing you're looking for!

Deltarune characters as CRK cookies is a great idea! I think Susie would be a cake beast of some kind. Kris could be based off of a pie or berry, and maybe Ralsei would be based off of an herb.

I heard black knife SO MANY times bc I was trying to beat the roaring knight
guys my android auto is the knight

Black knife = Cracked Bat (post final attack)
Dess rhymes with Ness
Earthbound is referenced plenty throughout the game
Everyone remembers the Knights sick red and blue hat he wears in chapter 8, right?
Therefore, Sans is the knight. (See game theory)

If you rearrange the letters in Rudy Holiday..
You get Roaring Knight!
Therefore,
Gerson opened the fountain in the library.
BUT! Since Asgore was cleaning the toilet…
This means..
The WaterCooler is made of toilet water!
Which means there is a toilet water tree in Undertale!
My brain is cooked.

In that case..
The Toilet in chapter 2 implies a computer in the shape of a toilet was placed after the lightners (and darkner) went by..
This means there is someone capable of being in the light world during the dark fountains rain!
which I predict..
It's a very cool character…
And his name is
JOHN CENA!

Jockington went to the dark world that makes you old, it says so in the prophecy!
(On a more serious note, you should totally play chapters 3 and 4 if you can get the game, if not, watch some playthroughs! In my opinion, they were definitely worth the wait.)
