Scratch suitable for younger children or adults?
OPs question was if Scratch is suitable for younger children or adults, I don't think they were asking for the name of the younger kids version of scratch A younger kids version of scratch is scratch jr
Scratch is designed especially for young people ages 8 to 16, but people of all ages are welcome to create and share with Scratch. I was just wondering that if this could be adults or something else ii have seen adults on the site

Scratch suitable for younger children or adults?
Yes, younger kids can use it. The site is very heavily moderated, so the chance of finding something bad is low.

scratch is usable by anyone, even babies (though the recommended age rating is 8-16, there are adults on this site and one of them is even probably over 60)
but for younger ones (under 8) it’s recommended to use Scratch Jr.
but no one is stopping them from using the main web yknow

Scratch suitable for younger children or adults?
Scratch is for people of all ages, (targeted for 8-16) races, genders, identifications, cultures, and no matter who they like. Scratch is heavily moderated so it's safe for kids. While Scratch does have people much older than the targeted age, it is easy to understand and suitable for children 8-16.

Scratch is intended for ages 8 to 18, but there is no limit on how old you have to be to use the site.

Everyone, of course! The younger version of Scratch is Scratch Jr. Anyone can use Scratch, even very old people/elders can interact with Scratch but they should be aware of the content they use I was just wondering that if this could be adults or something else ii have seen adults on the site

Scratch suitable for younger children or adults?
Scratch Junior is a simplified Scratch app, although one can also use the regular site at a young age.
Scratchers are generally 6-18, but Scratchers of all ages are welcome, as long as they don't mention inappropriate topics (which is hard due to actually good moderation and moderators)

It's for all ages, primarily 8-16. That means everything you post should be suitable for those ages. Anyone can use it (griffpatch is a dad now and he's still here).

Please do not create duplicates. I have created the original topic, but since the account i used for creating that topic is the old account i moved from. It's still a duplicate. I was just wondering that if this could be adults or something else ii have seen adults on the site

OFC, Scratch can be for any age and even kids at the age of FIVE can use it, as long as they have the intelligence to do such stuff! If they don't know then they can try Scratch Junior or stuff like that
Sorry, my signature was shot by a Sprunki 100 times and fed to a kumquat. The lab team is now trying to contain the kumquats to prevent them from destroying more signatures. Those so called “Sprunki” polos are now being sent to containment.
