“Download Studio” option in studios.

How would it work? Because I don’t think you can upload studios.

How would this be used? What is there to download? The thumbnail, title, and description? Doesn't seem to be a point in comments, curators, and activity (project downloads don't save that).

i think one approach to this would be to save the list of curators, description, thumbnail and title of studios.
some studios have a lot of projects and scratch itself doesn't count how many projects there are in total past 100; downloading a list of even just project urls would probably be a huge bandwidth liability

even then i wouldn't find myself thinking this is useful

That doesn't answer my question.

Projects and studios are completely different; OP, what aspects of a studio are downloaded?

Title, Description, Thumbnail, first 100 projects, first 100 curators.

NOT: Comments, Activity.

This sounds either really useless, or an easy way to create a ton of spam.
If you can upload the studio, it would create a ton of spam (like curators, how would that work?, would it just not add them, send invites, or automatically add them)
Imagine joining a large studio, and then someone downloads it and uploads it a ton, and you and a bunch of other users get 100 studio invites in 30 minutes.
If you can't upload the studio, then what's the point in having a download option.
