WHY IS THE CIRCLE RED IN MY SLIDER?
Are you on ChromeOS by the way? Chrome recently made an update that changed it to your accent color (also, Scratch bases it on what your browser shows):
My browser / operating system: Windows Vista, Firefox 140.0, No Flash versions detected

No, I'm using another one.So this isn't a ChromeOS only thing.. anyway, what is the accent color on your computer? If it's red, that's where your browser is getting this from

WHY IS THE CIRCLE RED IN MY SLIDER?
this belongs in bugs and glitches. This isn't a bug. It's just Scratch gets the slider from your browser:
https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/8690242/ (if you're wondering, one of my browsers gets the slider from my computer, which is why it has a Windows Vista slider)

WHY IS THE CIRCLE RED IN MY SLIDER?
Basically the slider just gets the color from your browser's accent color. Case closed.

Browser extensions are not allowed to be discussed in general, because they can lead to unwanted behavior and we don't know if one is reading personal information

Please QUICKLY remove the browser extension,That's not what's going on. Scratch uses the slider from your browser, and Chrome now uses your accent color for sliders. This has already been said above.Browser extensions are not allowed to be discussed in general, because they can lead to unwanted behavior and we don't know if one is reading personal information
