Snowline gold corp (his company) but as far as I’ve seen, the only contact information is for his entire company and not him specifically

Xylo 1 and 2 lowkey be driving me crazy

we have no idea what in the name of the thousands of instruments is the instrument used in xylo 2

there is literally NOTHING linking them to ANYTHING aside from the fact they were either ripped via cd or were converted to MP3

yet their progressions are so simple and are the exact same as each other

and yet no matter what “xylophone cd samples” search always brings me back into a infinite loop of sites that have CDs from 2010s and onwards and “xylophone music samples” is the same thing but whenever I find a sample from 2006-2007 it’s not even close to Xylo 1 or 2

I'm gonna try to look through old projects (particularly by people involved in the scratch team) to see if I can find anything. Probably won't get us anywhere but it's worth a shot.

dance slow mo and dance snare may not be from scratch team at all, after all that big-a cone is purely the bass in dance snare

I think I finally have an explanation for the Beau silver’s loops

Triumph, Cave, Medieval 1, and Town may have all been fully recorded by Beau Silver for whoever was responsible for commissioning him (Jay?) to pick which segment they wanted to be used in Scratch, but I guess they were never released in full because they were only used to snip and cut which parts the ST wanted.

Medieval 2 is very likely what Carlos-n said and it is a early demo/draft of “Underwater Trance” as the song is by Beau Silver himself and only himself if I remember correctly and he may have been recording himself and stitching his recordings together (as a few pages ago I found a version using ONLY the marimbas) and when he got to the flute part, he gave it to the person on the scratch team responsible for cutting up the loops and continued on with finishing Underwater Trance.

Cave is literally a mystery and its beat says it all. Mysterious underground song because we literally have no idea how that guy got access to an extended version of cave (maybe got his hands on a beta version that had the extended loops?) and all we know is that it’s 100% the real deal so that’s strange how he got it

I think they said that they had contacted Beau Silver a long time ago and he'd sent them the full version of Cave. As for why they made a full version and then didn't actually use it, anyone's guess.

On the image of the CD itself track 15 is “The Human Sampler: Loops”, so that's what I used.
