When we can use Scratch 4.0
You can use Scratch 4.0 when it comes out. ( The Scratch Team is aiming to release it in the second half of 2026, though there's no official release date. )

there's currently no planned release date. Beta isn't out yet.

Ah yes, my almost daily routine of seeing a Scratch 4.0 topic and replying with something before a moderator closes it. As @Blue_Retro_Dragon said, you can use it when it comes out, or when the offline version launches.

You can use Scratch 4.0 when it comes out. ( The Scratch Team is aiming to release it in the second half of 2026, though there's no official release date. )I've heard 2027 as well (one of the people that stated this later said that it was a typo, and that it was “2027”). I think that logically makes more sense for the Scratch Team to do (I don't want 4.0 to be 3.0 at launch)

It's true that there is no specific official date yet but the ST plans to launch it in the second half of 2026. I also think caominh is just a curious newbie here (4 posts) so they are probably not aware many topics like this have been made.
