Universal Scratch Modloader (USM) named Itchy Modz
The ItchyModz modloader is a USM that allows users to easily configure and play their mods!

Basically it is software that hijacks a project in scratch, stops the project from running, and then runs its software.
It was made in scratch, so not any scary scripts or malware.
Then it allows users to have a user friendly interface featuring mod config, theses toggles and such are stored in a list, IMM itself treats itself as a mod, even though it doesn't have a way to toggle it on/off.
So the modloader is less of a collection of APIs for mods to run off of and is more of a configure layer that allows users to basically just toggle mods (which are sprites or collections of sprites.)
As for adding mods, you can use the example mod to try creating your own mods, just note that when hijacking a project using this Modloader you will have to position the lists and variables properly, sorry. Its a limitation/bug of scratch…
Also, you don't remix the IMM project!
What you do is.
Step 1: You need to backpack the IMM sprite, and also mods if your creating them.
Step 2: You then remix a Compatible project.
Step 4 (If you are using other people's mods): Try finding compatible mods for your project cilent.
Step 3: You then import the IMM and mod sprites.

can you explain how to add mods, and how this whole thing works?

I think you would remix it in minimal sprites and then backpack it into other projects to use multiple mods together. can you explain how to add mods, and how this whole thing works?
