this feature somehow fits into scratch into an extremely nice way and takes out all of the effort needing to…first, bitmap the costume. second, export it. third, scratch likes to double the resolution of exported costumes so i need to open ms paint or a image converter to descale it. granted you can also just find an image online or make your own using an art program but that’s honestly not a very good way of making a thumbnail without redirecting users offsite that much.

the fact you also suggested adding the backpack into the canvas is super helpful as well.

That's because it doesn't exist yet. This suggestion isn't implemented yet or it would've probably been closed.

I support this because I had to do a thumbnail for my studio in MS Paint and for me it's pretty hard to work with Paint cause it's basically Scratch Bitmap but with more fonts and stuff.

support, the many people here are kids that simply don't know how to import stuff. we should probably do the same for pfps too

I support this idea, it would make life so much easier , like my profile picture is so lame, I'd love to be able to modify it in a scratch costume editor style environment.

I agree with CodeComet6161; Scratch is like 7+, importing, formatting and re-importing is not as child friendly as this Idea.
