Bruce becoming a symbol of action works more when he has a shining example of what Gotham can do to the underprivileged.Batman becoming a symbol of hope works more with bright and happy Grayson than grim and gritty Jason.I refuse.No, just cut Jason.We do both, Jason and Richard both become Robins and we carry on their story in the Dynamic Duo film, which becomes DCU canon. Thus merging the DCU and the Reevesverse.Yeah but imagine a film about the spiral of decline in Gotham, the failure of institutions and Bruce’s obsession with the Batman mantle, which limits his ability to help as Bruce Wayne. While The Batman was a symbol of vengeance who became a symbol of hope, Bruce Wayne becomes a symbol of action.Yeah but what if we do both.
And then Pattinson wins the Oscar for Best Actor.
And then Pattinson wins the Oscar for Best Actor.
Or Gus Gorman.

We are not doing this. The easy fix is to make some random cop a key character and at the end of the film reveal that his legal name is Robin.We are not doing this.
