Share XX projects
Post XXX posts
Be on scratch for XX months

Privilges:

Only have to wait 30 seconds for posts

this would get people to create random projects to get this rank, post random posts to get this rank, and its mostly inexperienced scratchers that don't know the cloud list workaround.

I am indifferent, but definitely not a post count. Some people are good and never use the forums,so it isn't fair to make someone get a certain amount of posts on the forums to just use get cloud list. Forums are not the main part of Scratch, so that shouldn't be the case.

No support. The New Scratcher rank really only exists to make it possible for people to get accustomed to Scratch and to make sure they aren't spambots. I see no reason to add this new rank unless it seems like the community has too little competition among its members.

I would, however, support the return of the Forum Mods.

I dont support the Cloud Lists idea… Or the XXX posts, how about comments instead? Here's some privileges that may be better:

Can moderate comment reports (on projects, but cannot moderate their own)
Can work on another users project - with permission (the other user will get like a message or something asking, “(username of Expereinced Scratcher) wants to work on your project, let them?”, this could be used to help new scratchers)

how about a no alerts in last year requirement. if they get an alert status gets revoked for a year. and no support on the cloud lists.

No support, New scratcher was added to ensure that by time they're registered as a scratcher, they know the in and outs of scratch, and also ensures that they don't unknowingly break the guidelines, Experienced scratcher will just the “Scratcher” rank seem insignificant and as everyone else said, cause competition.

Also, spam could be made to get up to the ‘Experienced Scratcher’ Rank.
I think, if we have other ranks, they should be decided by the scratch team.
