You can use the extension

get a microbit irl

You need to download Scratch Link first, and then connect your microbit to your computer via Bluetooth.

You can download Scratch Link from https://scratch.mit.edu/microbit , and you have to download it on the micro:bit as well.

The above link contains all of the instructions you need to do this.

Also note that you need to add the micro:bit extension to any projects you plan on using the micro:bit with.
