Ban AI "art" from Scratch!!!
May I ask what the exact argument for “AI is horrible and stuff” is? I don't see any giant dangers about AI that could affect scratch too much. Plus I don't have the time to read through every post lol.To summarize the OP:
- generators often steal art
- AI generators are bad for the enviroment
- not creative, Scratch is about creativity

Ban AI "art" from Scratch!!!
In my opinion, such a ban would be unenforceable as it is not always possible to distinguish between AI generated art and human generated art. This will only get more difficult as AI improves.
Additionally - I can visualize situations where AI generated art could be beneficial when creating a project. Maybe the creative efforts of the project are focused more on the coding aspects and the visual appearance of the project is secondary to the concepts incorporated in the coding. AI generation could be helpful there - just as a standard clip-art libraries are useful. I do think that credit to the tool used to create the images should still be given just as credit for other project assets should be given.
