Reports
The other reasons, yeah they don't make any sense. So here are 4 reasons that shouldn't be here.
1. “I don't like this project”
With this reason every project could be reported. Every project's gonna have at least one disliker. I know the dislike button was rejected according to 4.2, but with this those people have a worse (or better depending on who's reading this) way of showing their hate. Another reason that every project would be able to get reported with is
2. “This project could use improvement”
Every project can use improvement. Even Griffpatch's projects could be better! With this, everyone's first project on Scratch could be reported. Scratch even has Community guidelines saying “Give helpful feedback. Everyone on Scratch is learning.” And what better way to do that than to report it for not being good enough? EVERY OTHER WAY.
3. “This project doesn't work”
Along with everyone could use improvement, if there's a bug in one's project, there are many ways to fix it. 1. Tell them in the comments.
If a project isn't working properly, tell them in the comments so they can fix it. And even better, tell them HOW they can fix it. 2. The Debugging tutorial. Another way, to fix the bug (if noticed by the creator) is by using the “Debug” tool next to the tutorials. They have lots of tips there such as Read aloud, Break/Slow it down, Sound Checkpoints, and more! 3. Report it. No. Just, no. 4. More that I forgot.
4. “This project is too hard.”
For games that are too hard, just make them easier by remixing them, like I did with a pre-featured project. If the scripts are way too long and you don't understand what it means (like if it's one of Griffpatch's project's containing a bunch of cloud variables, lists and custom blocks) just ignore it and play something else.
So those are 4 reasons of reporting that should not exist. And I'm sorry if there are some errors in this bc i simply can't write like that.

These all bring up a pop-up saying they are not valid reasons. Try it out.
Edit: I'm not sure about something else, but this is useful for stuff that don't have a report option. Scratch Team checks all reports before taking it down anyway.

Support.
These are stupid reasons to report.
Also, I had some people (not mentioning names) mass-false-reporting me for being a furry. Not exactly sure how though, since you need a reason. probably did one of those. Thankfully, my projects are still here.

The first four buttons are actually decoy buttons, and don’t send anything
“Something else” should be kept to report things that aren’t listed on the report menu.

The report reasons you listed don't actually work, so they're functionally useless.
The “Other” reasons that aren't listed are useful for obscure types of inappropriate projects, including “Something else”.
It seems like this suggestion is fundamentally based on an incorrect idea of how the project reporting system works, so I'll ask for it to be closed.

This is what happens IF you use that report by the way. So no support, someone young should learn what to do when they dont like a project. Otherwise theyre gonna end up like me one time back in 5th grade when I didnt like a drawing that someone made
