Yeah; you would have to input the password for your main account, your alt, and the alt's username. It would send a confirmation message to both account's email to be safe.

Will this be unavailable for scratchers who aren’t allowed to have alts? That’d make sense

no support from me, because this can catch banned people in their tracks when they try and redeem themselves for something they did that isnt even bad, and in some casese even good.
