SO IDEA FOR THE TIMELINES CONVERGING
Bit of a mix of original thought and ideas from the great @lfg30700
Don't want to pin everything on Gaster tbh so left him out of it.
SPOILERS FOR UNDERTALE (but seriously, who here doesn't know what happened…?)
In a slightly altered No Mercy run, Asgore weakens the barrier with the power of the 6 souls before getting struck down by Chara. Chara notices this and attempts to leave the Underground through it (my headcanon is that Chara's goal is to wipe out the world through the Soulless Pacifist ending, as at the end of Soulless No Mercy, they basically tell you to attempt a pacifist.) Frisk (in my head Frisk and Chara are separate) breaks free of the influence of their soul and stands between Chara and the Barrier and begins a True Reset. Chara strikes the barrier and Frisk at the same time as the reset.

Little complicated but could definitely be edited, what do you all think?
(also I'm aware the run I'm referring to and the No Mercy Run are two different things, but I doubt Scratch will let me say the name of the run I'm referring to, the one with the funny bone man and megalovania)

Hmmm… Another idea, expanding on the dark fountain in the undertale world thing:
What if Asgore tried to seal the barrier with six souls, and because it was impossible to do so, and that there was so much determination at once, it had to channel elsewhere and created a dark fountain.
Meanwhile, in the deltarune universe, well, what if Kris and Susie were in Castle town with Ralsei while this happened. Ralsei can “sense” dark fountains somehow apparently, so he rushes over there and Kris and Susie follow him.
The Knight also senses the dark fountain, and goes over to stop them from sealing it.

Due to the fact that there's a dark fountain where it absolutely shouldn't be, there start being sort of - Rifts? Between the two worlds? And not only do they have to seal the dark fountain, they also have to stop the knight and figure out how to fix the rifts.

Gaster(ooh spoooky whats his actual sprite NOBODY KNOOWWS)
Chara(Haha i appear for like two minutes in the entire game just like gaster therfore i control everything)
The Knight(I make dark fountains, dark fountain = mystery therefore i = mystery)
Sans(funny skeleton man haha funny also kill 0.001 monsters he will give you BAD TOM)

Was trying to edit the wiki(Add the rules page)and it was like “no you can't do that we detected it as spam with Anti-Spam 3.0™” or smth
For context, I had earlier edited the Script page bc it still said "TAC needs to explain what a movie about undertale and deltarune would be“ and we already got that answer so I editededededed it and now it basically just says ”script goes here" and now I can't make the rules page bc I did that

Edit: Almost an hour later and it is still giving me the same error

Maybe the Undertale universe and Deltarune universe share The Depths(a theoretical location in Deltarune that acts as the source of all darkness), and they have to go through them to get to the Underground(Possibly encountering some weird Darkners or Gaster stuff along the way), and then after sealing the fountain they have to figure out how to get back home without creating another one?

That'd be cool idk how much we want to stray from canon but we could say the Depths are like RIGHT next to castle town which explains the whole “Only the castle town fountain is made out of PURE darkness” and that'd actually make sense maybe the depths and the castle town dark fountain are physically connected or something
I dunno why this'd apply to Undertale, though, or where you could access this from there
Maybe it's like a thing where they sometimes interlap and sometimes don't via a secret room like the mysteryman room, and they interlap because… Uhh (uhhhh what's a reason that isn't gaster) the worlds are kind of similar they have a lot of the same characters etc
Also they can get home through the rifts(which only occur after a dark fountain is made, the world of deltarune IS connected to undertale(kinda sorta) but the dark worlds aren't, which is why when the worlds collide like that witht the dark fountain and everything it creates the rifts) they just need to figure out a way to actually seal them.
Ooh and also the middle door in the castle town castle leads not just to the fountain but also has a staircase down to the depths which also explains how ralsei gets to the seperate dark worlds!

Update: Created the Rules page on the wiki.
I'm going to do a bit more editing here and there on a variety of things, not just the wiki.

Update again: Added LOVE rankings and created the Cast page on the wiki, plus, now the titles of each section in the OP are bolded.

I just noticed Rules(Rouxls) is misspelled as Rules(Roulx) and now it's stuck in my brain.
