Duplicate Remixes:
Exact duplicates of projects are not allowed on Scratch and should be silently reported.

Reused Sprites/Assets
Scratch actually encourages reuse of sprites, scripts, and other assets with appropriate crediting.

•If someone steals a project asset and claims credit for it, that project should be reported.
•If someone uses an asset without any sort of credit, you should remind them to put some credit in the notes and credits.
•Scratch encourages reuse of assets as long as the user credits the author.
