Usually this is because the Wiki is down. Thanks for letting us know. It should be fixed later.

Where are you trying to add an image? The Scratch Wiki? A forum post? Somewhere else?

If you are trying to add images to the Scratch Wiki, you will need to get a Scratch Wiki account before you will be able to log in to the wiki. You can find out how to request a Scratch Wiki account here.

If you are trying to add images to a forum post, you will need to upload the image to a supported image host (like cubeupload.com) and then you can use the image button on the forums to add your image to your post.

Scratch Week is like a celebration of scratch's birthday. Also, I have a question of my own- How come on Scratch Wiki, whenever I use a link found on my user profile, I'll click on it, and still be signed in. But when I go to Scratch Wiki, it says I'm not logged in. Why?

A Scratcher by the name of LukeTek created the original wiki in 2008 on Wikia (now known as Fandom). At some point, the Scratch Team noticed the wiki, thought it was a good idea and wanted to link to it on Scratch, but they had concerns about it. The concerns included that there were ads on Wikia and accounts weren't associated with a Scratch account (so there was no way to tell who someone was on Scratch). So, the Scratch Team and the admins of the Wikia wiki created a new Scratch Wiki in 2010, this new wiki was at wiki.scratch.mit.edu, had no ads and required account requests. Eventually, the Scratch Team found they didn't have enough time to devote to the wiki, so, in 2018, they transferred the wiki to its current leadership and moved it to its current location of en.scratch-wiki.info.
