Alright. Now that we’ve got all formalities sorted aside- Welcome! I’d assume this would be your first time on a SDL-related forum of sorts (Unless you’ve been stalking, of course ;)), but we’d like to enforce that you please read through the entirety of this post regardless, as it could, potentially, clear up any questions you may have at the moment.

And, if you were wondering, which, I’m assuming you are- No, we won’t be dumping nearly as much information after this. All of our background planning takes place behind the curtains, and we wouldn’t dare pile any of that on all of you. For, if you’ve been to any SDL planning site by any means, you’d probably understand where we’re coming from.

General Information:

All forms of communication, task assignments, and member-related planning will take place on this forum. Please follow this discussion (The button should be at the top right and bottom right of the topic) to ensure that you stay up to date with any tasks and announcements.
If you have any concerns (More details on specifics will be listed below) that you aren’t comfortable with sharing on the forum, please feel free to reach out to Yume and I via our profiles. If the case is urgent (eg. extended leave), be sure to contact both of us just so whoever happens to be online first can respond as soon as possible.

Releases and Comebacks:

Our idols have a say in what songs we release. From time to time, we’ll have all of you provide input on the group’s discography.
At DIVINIA, we primarily focus on doing cover songs, simply because the process is a lot quicker and we can ensure a level of quality. However, this is not saying that DL groups will absolutely never release original songs, it’s still really dependent on the situation and we cannot guarantee anything as of currently.
If there are any songs that you would not be comfortable singing for whatever reason besides voice-related concerns (eg. vocal range) as we can provide musical accommodations for those cases, please don’t hesitate to voice out. If you’d feel more comfortable reaching out to us privately rather than on this forum, then do so.

Hiatuses:

If you need to be offline for an extended period of time, please inform us on this forum prior to your leave, preferably as soon as you know you’ll have to be off.
We will not tolerate leaving the group unless it is of dire circumstance. If you do need to take an extended leave, we’ll simply have the comeback release with any remaining members.
Most importantly, please do not place too much stress on yourself at any given moment, for whatever the reason might be. Your physical and mental health are both your top priority, as well as ours.

welcome!! hopefully you've read through the header by now- if not, please go and do that before coming back to this post, just in case there's any additional context that might be provided there (and also because our very amazing ceo *who is not me, btw!! i'm just in charge of managing DIVINIA, the entire company you see now would not exist without her* spent a lot of effort into it).

all formalities aside! because you'll probably see me talking in no caps on here and everywhere else (yume is not professional, unlike encrynnie bahaha) whether you've met any of the other members or not, feel free to drop an introduction just to get things started, part of why we're using the forums is just so it's easier to have communication between the entire group as well as the (S)DL team. ^^ attatched below is a short welcome form to fill in once you arrive, be sure to get that in asap.

basic info :: retype your stage name and (fake) full name!

positions :: here are your position options! you can put as many preferences as you'd like, from all of the sets (eg. you can put both main and lead dancer), final positions will be assigned based off of your preference but also your skill level, and we won't give you a position you wouldn't like.
main vocalist - lead vocalist - vocalist (all except main/lead vocal will have this one)
main rapper - lead rapper - sub rapper
main dancer - lead dancer
center - leader - co-leader - face of the group

representative colors :: each member will also have a representative color, used in promotional material such as teasers and for background work like color coding distributions! you can simply state the color(s) or give a hexcode as a reference, but please note that the colors will be adjusted so that the whole group looks cohesive in the end.

there's a ton of other details that we do need to sort out, but we can get to those later- for now, just try to get these sorted out as we do need it for member intro projects. thank you so much!! i'm beyond excited to work with you all, let's make this the best group yet <33 (and i don't usually bold stuff like this besides announcements, just for the sake of making it easier to read :,D)

preferred, but if you can't everyday as often as possible is fine ^^ you should(?) be able to access here on school computers? and no, just singing excerpts like the ones in your audition folder!

@tokkiwon ahaha, go into the canva linked inside the proj and you should see the distribution! she sings seoyeon's lines (in reference to the og group) if that's easier for you to look up!
