Yes, I've pretty much finished it. If there are any serious bugs, I won't hesitate to fix them. However, for now, this is the final release of Scratch++:

1.0 adds atan2, fixes a compiler issue, and revamps the .mp4 to .sb3 converter.

If you have the .zip, you extract it, and provided you are not on mobile (Windows, MacOS, Linux, ChromeOS) you should just be able to open the index.html file by double clicking. (should open in your usual browser)
