I'm making a game right now and I'm not sure if I should use if <touching Enemy 1 or Enemy > then game over, or using if <touching color purple (color of enemy)> then game over.

Is there any “best/better” option?

I'd say touching enemy is usually better so they can then be more than one colour and still register a hit. At the end of the day it's your game and so you should do what you think is best.

Okay thanks yeah my enemy is one color so it would probably work both ways though.

Also if touching enemy tends to make more sense than if touching colour when reading a script.
