Changing your featured project title (37-2.5 people support!)

I support this.
I think that this is a good feature. I tried to make a coming soon project for a game I was making, but when I featured it, there was not a “Coming Soon” option. I think this could also help say what a project is. (I had a few people click on my engine thinking it was a game)
You could say things like:
- Helpful Engine
- Fun Animation
- Help Needed
And a lot more!
And if this gets rejected, maybe the Scratch Team could just add more options to the dropdown.
