Just to bump this thread, I recently managed to do a lunatic 1cc in HRtP's Makai route.
Let's see if I'll get the Hell route next, I guess. I still have no idea of what I'm supposed to do with Kikuri lol

Kikuri is the worst boss fight I've had the displeasure of facing in all of Touhou. Once you get past her “I spam you with tiny balls until you give up” attack, it's okay but not much better.
The Konngara fight is kinda worth it though
