Why didn't you use ROTATE 13? Also WHY IS ROTATE 13 A BANNED WORD IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST THIS
That's exactly why I didn't use R13
Scratch's filter would've detected the word in the CyberChef link.

I'm not completely sure why it's banned, but it's probably because people were using the cipher to hide inappropriate messages. Strange.

Is this completely dead? no posts in over a month and the leaderboard is a bit outdated

I think this topic is dead. Probably because its not very fun to just guess and check to try and figure out how to decode something. It would be more interesting if there was some sort of theme or logic to the different encoding used. Maybe its variations on a single encoding scheme one week and another its synonyms of a generic word applied in a keyword-based cypher.

Basically stuff to make it both easier and more fun to make and solve the cyphers. (Not saying the current ones aren't, but most of them are either very easy or very hard.)

Perhaps it could be made easier by only encoding a single known phrase, but then it would be less fun trying to decode it maybe because you know what the result is.

Hello! I haven't been active in a while, and I doubt I will be, but you are welcome to take over the topic! (Or, I give you permission to choose someone to) Perhaps people could tell us what phrase they encoded, and you have to decode it. Or give a string with a known plaintext and provide a different ciphertext. Either way, you may take over this topic if you want. I will not be updating this one.

A revision of that voice cipher thing I made. This time, it has the same size, but with better sound.

Ooh, what's this? A hint?
form Make a voice hum
positive Frequency
positive Length
endform
Create Sound from formula: “hum”, 1, 0, length, 44100, “1/2 * (frequency*x mod 1) + randomGauss(0,0.1)”
I've bolded out the important keywords. If you take some time researching those, you might end up somewhere.
(Forgot to reiterate this, but you do need a piece of software to decode this.)

Whoa. I didn't think people would figure out LSPs on their own (for your reference, I still didn't know how LSP works besides from turning LPC coeffs into frequencies of something), let alone making a project trying to generate speech from this despite the… mediocre sound quality. My only gripe is the frame rate is a little bit too low (it should be 25 fps, or 0.04 s/f). Still, hats off to you for managing all of that.

To be honest, I just want the text transcription, since all of these codes here are all text-based. Or maybe the title of the poem spoken here. Still, I'm counting this one as solved.
