About Universal RNG
Universal RNG is a RNG game where you play Mini games to gain gems. Then with the Gems u obtained from the mini games you roll for characters or units. The point is to obtain all the units or characters or try to get into the leaderboard of “combat power/collected/gems”. This is also a branched off version of the original Universal Gacha. (At the time this discussion got posted it is still in the WIP phase with the combat being made)

Q&A:
Q: When is full release?
A: It will be classified as full release when all bugs are fixed, every interaction has a SFX, and when the UI gets an upgrade
Q: How Often do you update the game?
A: Every once a month minimum with at least including one extra unit being the case (Depends how busy I am)
Q: Why did you branch off from the original version?
A: I did this so I can have a game with tons of characters and units and one more based on gameplay and features. This version is pretty much a light version of the originally planned version.
Q: Whats the best mini game for gems?
A: Find the Gem, as the more you play, the more you gain with your player level. Then Gamble Roulette to help double your gems. Also, pick black as it has more surface area on the wheel.
Q: How do I redeem codes?
A: Go to the play menu and click settings. then press C. also codes are not mobile friendly.
Q: Where are the codes?
A: They are scattered around in the project and my other projects. Some are also said in the comments.
Q: How do I suggest a pack?
A: Go remix this project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1134607523/ and add the costumes for the suggested pack to the “Characters/Units” and rename “Pack name” to the name of the pack
Q: What inspired you to make this game?
A: When I was little and first I scratch the first fun game I played was ScratchDeck Link: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/115496765/ so I went on to create a game just like it but better. Of course that game as a form of combat and a way better UI but this version of the game will only include the RNG and a lot of mini games. The main Version which is called Universal Gacha will have Pokemon style combat so it surpasses the combat style of ScratchDeck. Also I just love RNG and Gacha (Those Gacha games were u roll characters and they fight not that Gacha game series that's nasty) games
Q: How long did this take to make?
A: Back all the way to my old account @bbmonkey100 the oldest known version of the game is when I shared a project showcasing the starting screen which was last touched on August 29 2023. I'm not 100% sure but I think there was a way older version in which it only had the RNG system but I updated that so the date shown is not accurate to the day I first worked on the project. So to answer this question from the day May 14 2025 its been 624 days or 1 year & 8 months

Modding Help
This game was built to make it easy to add new things such as units and packs and i finally decided to tell you all how its done.
How to Add new Units/Characters
1) Click see inside
2) Create a new Sprite (Or drag a sprite full of costumes from your Backpack)
3) Enter the images of the characters and units into that sprite (from uploading or from your Backpack)
4) Now drag those costumes into “inventory” (inventory will have +1 costume number)
5) Go to the code of “Data/Stats”
6) Drag in the Custom Black that starts with “Stats:” (Dont add it in with the other blocks just yet, this helps reduce lag)
7) Enter the blanks
Rarity: is how rare it will be (0-3) “1=Rare” “2=Uncommon” “3=Common” “0=Epic” “-1=Lengendary”
Pack: Is what pack it is/will be in (If Making a new pack use the name used on step 2 on making a new pack)
Name: is the name of the unit your making
Hp: Is the amount of Health Points it will start with
Dm: is the amount of Damage it will start with
Def: is the amount of Defense it will start with
(You can add 0 to all the stats and it will auto add based off rarity but if u want you can give them custom stats)
8) And Now your done or repeat until every new unit has stats
How to Make a New Pack
1) Create new units for the new pack
2) Make a non-existing pack name (add it to the units for the new pack, step 7 of creating a new unit, the “Pack” blank)
3) Go to the “Shop” sprite and make a pack in the costumes (I recommend you edit a template pack, don't forget to edit the cyan text with the price of the pack)
4) When finished, make a name for the costume and copy it
5) Go to the code in “Shop” and scroll directly down until you see the custom blocks
6) Add a new custom block
8) Add the custom block that starts with “Chest num”
Chest Num: the Chest type you put for step 6
common: the number you want out of # (50-90% recommended)
uncommon: the number you want out of # (30-10% recommended)
rare: the number you want out of # (1-15% recommended)
epic: the number you want out of # (5-0.01% recommended)
Pack: the pack name you made from step 2
Out of#: the number probability. 1,000,000 is recommended if you are including legendaries.
Draws: the number of units that will be pulled per pack
Starting Loc: if the number is 10 then enter -180 if the number of draws is 5 enter -90
Legendary: the number you want out of # (0.0001% recommended or just put the number 1)
!!IMPORTANT!!: Make sure “common” “uncommon” “rare” “epic” “Legendary” combined = “Out of#” if not change the numbers for the rarities to make sure it is equal to “Out of#” < Dont mind this if u copied the chances from a other pack
9) Now go to the sprite called “Pack Explorer”
10) then go to the costumes and change one of the costumes that have the name that contains “…” with the name of your pack (On the editor)
11) make sure the costume name is exactly the same as the name of the pack you put for the unit stats (The name of the costume not the one put on the editor) (copy and paste recommended)
12) You are now done
How To Add Your own UI (User Interface)
1) Go to the “Play” Sprite
2) Go to costumes
3) Make 12 new costumes
4) Make these buttons exactly n the order they r in
1st: news
2nd: Extra
3rd: Chars
4th: Event
5th: CP (Combat Power)
6th: Gems
7th: Coins
8th: Lvl
9th: Shop
10th: Setting
11th: Profile
12th: Deco
^ These are what the buttons will be
5) Create new buttons and Decorations (U can leave em empty if u don't want them)
6) Now go to the Play Menu and click Settings.
7) then change the range of the “Play_Set” so its +1 bigger
8) Then go to the new max amount on “Play_Set”
9) Then go back
10) Go back to the costumes on the “Play” Sprite and move ur buttons around in the costume editor (Dont drag em from the project viewer)
11) Drag them to ur liking and u should be done.
How to make your own Cinematic Cutscene
1) Make a legendary unit first
2) Go to the “inventory” sprite
3) Go a little to the left until you see the custom cutscene block then go down a little where u see where they are all stored
4) When you see all the custom blocks go all the way down until you see the comments
5) the instructions on how to use the custom blocks will be in the comments if you need help just ask me Those were there since I had a homie of mine help me make some of the cutscenes and I put the comments so he knew how
6) Then put that custom block inside with the others
7) With that you should be done and to test out the cutscene use the
8) Test the cutscene until it looks good and then your done

Apr 25-26: Mass bug fixing and WIP event page
Apr 1-29: V0.7.1 Added Event Packs and first ever limited pack (The Easter Pack) with new God pack which is super OP but expensive, Also did mass bug fixing, and then I set up for the next up coming event that's coming May 5th (Luffies Birthday)
Apr 30: Some bug fixes for the new pack and added some costumes for the upcoming event
May 4: Set up Luffies Event to automatically be set on may 5th & Took out the background music & Decreased some image quailty to save project size
May 5: Bug fixed the Luffy event & Did some slight changes with the inventory
May 6: Made the Limited pack truly limited by fixing a bug & released a new code
May 7: Made adding limited packs more easy
May 9: Fixed Luffies pack bug
May 10: Set up Scratchers Event
May 1-11: V0.7.4 Added Scratchers Event, New Legendary Cutscene ending, Changed Xmas pack to Event pack, And Added some Events, Made Events automated. And Bug fixes
May 12: Updated 3 Dragonball packs and reorganized the inventory tabs and their statuses
May 13: Updated thumbnail, Nerfed giftcodes, and Changed controls in sword sandbox minigame to fix a bug, then took out a useless sprite
May 14: Set up upcoming pack and set up units to update some other packs
May 15: Added more Tags in notes & credits, setted up the names for the upcoming pack, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I added a Global Legendary pull announcement
May 16: finished setting up a new huge pack, and started to set up the new BloxFruits pack. Also Did a small Collab with a game and added its units as a pack.
May 19: setting up Plants Vs Zombies Plants pack and buffed Legendary chances by 10x
May 20: Finished PVZ and Blox Fruits pack and started working on the Nintendo pack, also set up chances
May 21: Bug Fixes, and Finished the Nintendo pack and added the pack covers
May 22: Started working on the Mining minigame
May 23-24: Break
May 12-25: V0.7.4.8 Added 200+ Characters, 4 total packs including a Collab pack and updated some already released packs, Nerfed legendary pull chances and gift codes. Also added a legendary pulled Broadcast message. The new packs include, Plants Vs Zombies Plants, 8bit-ish Nintendo, Jump Ultimate Stars, and BeyBlade Boost (Collab). Updated packs, Gohans, More Dragonball, DBS Fusion and One Piece part 1.
Jun 16-Feb 23: Summer Break
Aug 25: Shared a Clash Royale Assets pack (Potential RNG game)
Aug 26 - ???: Mutations update in progress
Sept 17: Updated Gift codes
