Instead of saying "you're not welcome on Scratch", tell why. (appeal)

I think that this would be a good thing to add but sometimes the st doesn't have enough staff to tell every banned scratcher why they were banned. They should at least leave a link to the project or comment etc that was the reason they got banned. Support.

support, what if a new scratcher did something wrong by accident and did it over and over again and they get an email saying “youre not welcome on scratch” it could hurt their feelings and start hating scratch.

Support. The current message sounds like the ST doesn't like them.

This is so wrong to say that you are just not welcome on Scratch. At least tell why he/she got banned in the ban appeal email. All this does is cause confusion and ban evades. Especially when they have been false banned or they don't know what they did wrong.
i agree
once i got banned for making some projects and scratch didnt tell me what i had to change

Well, the Scratch Team is literally stating a fact. You are literally not welcomed once you're banned. People should not be offended by facts.

I agree with this guy. Maybe state the reason WHY you’re banned, but if you’ve gotten IP banned, you’ve messed up big time and should know why without them telling you.

No support.

I agree with this guy. Maybe state the reason WHY you’re banned, but if you’ve gotten IP banned, you’ve messed up big time and should know why without them telling you. Keep the “you’re no longer welcome” as it’s to show they don’t want you on the website anymore.

No support.

Edit: sorry for posting this message (NOT THE ONE IM QUOTING IT STILL STANDS) I accidentally quoted myself instead of editing and only noticed it when I posted it

Support, altrough I never got banned this seems pretty rude to say to someone and also unconstructive if you don't say what to improve.

I think it’s not cool, the community guidelines say everyone is welcome in scratch, it’s unfair and rude, i support, they may make another message which may be more respectful

Support. Another problem that I've noticed from scratch is that they ban you for remixing stuff without changes when the original person tells you too. I find it frustrating that the scratch team banned my other account instead of banning the person who started this problem. (The banned account I had was a collab account, and I appealed. they just made an excuse to keep me banned.)
