I have never heard of a forum shop, and haven't seen one that doesn't have a studio with it.

If you'd read the front page, you'll find that shops need to have completed at least 1 order before they are added. This is a measure to reduce the number of shops that apply to join, go nowhere or get closed, and eventually have to be removed.

Please don't cause arguments on scratch forums, the rule is to prevent a bunch of new shops to instantly join and then go inactive instantly. A lot of shops do this and it takes the owners a lot of time to fix since they are already busy with other shops they either work in or own.
