Well when clicking on the “report this profile” they should have an option to report the wallpaper

if someone has inappropriate banner that doesn't fit guidelines and you need to report that banner

Support because I like this idea and we can customize our profiles and there should be a report option too.

Support: The normal profiles look boring and unoriginal. Wallpapers will make profiles stand out, and as the above posts said, it should be reportable.

Support! But I wouldn't approve of it supporting vector files because some malicious users may embed JS code in the vector wallpaper, rendering any attempt to enter the profile page dangerous.
