Help with wall & cieling scripts!
Hi! We have a game called Blob Raiser, and we are having a LITTLE LOT of trouble with the wall and ceiling scripts. Let me explain.
The game is a scroller, as in the character DOESN'T MOVE. And every time we make a new script we have problem #1 and/or problem #2 and/or problem #3
Problem #1 is the fact that we don't know how to separate the ceiling from the wall. (They're the same color and sprite.)
Problem #2 is the fact that sometimes the character glitches through the wall, even if it works on the ground.
Problem #3 is the fact that if you press 2 keys at the same time…SPAZ (although I might have just thought of a fix for this…)
Anyhow, can anyone help us?
PLEASE?

Help with wall & cieling scripts!
So is the project shared?
A common problem is that a sprite is moving so fast that it has gone through a wall before it had chance to detect it.
Not sure what you mean by how to ‘separate the ceiling from the wall’ - do you mean tell the difference so you can react differently?
Most of the problems can be resolved but it's hard to advise without seeing what you have.
