Turbowarp Help. Widescreen Issue plz read.
Sooooo… I made one of these posts before but got the problem solved and now I got another one. Lemme explain the Issue. I'm working on a full fledged RPG Engine based off the unfinished Griffpatch Tutorial right? Right. I wanted to make it usable in Turbowarp only, so of course that's what I'm developing it in. I came here because Turbowarp is based off of Scratch so I thought I could get some help from Turbowarp experts and Experinced Scratchers alike. Anyways, Scratch runs at a 4:3 aspect ratio right? right. An RPG Engine is tile based you got that? Yes you did. Well, my Issue here is what has to do with loading in tiles off screen so they appear on screen normally. For context, I changed the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9, got that? Yep. Well, now that areas to the right and left off screen are now a part of the screen, things like tiles that disappear and appear off screen are now showing up on the sides of the once 4:3 but now widened 16:9 screen. This means that the sides (Let's call them barriers) now make tiles disappear too early and appear too early. I want to move these barriers that do this to our new off screen (of the now 16:9 screen) so they appear and disappear correctly at the right time. Problem is I can't figure out how to move these barriers over at ALL. I hope I explained this well enough and I'll put some code and gifs and other things to better explain but I'm so confused rn. Experienced Scratchers or Turbowarp Experts that have gone and done the RPG Griffpatch tutorials, plz help. Anyways, see ya tomorrow.

You need to redefine your borders. Are they set up with code or with a costume?
If it's a off-center costume, just drag it to where you need your new borders to be.
If it's code, check what position they are in right now. Stage borders in Scratch are +/-240 +/-180 (since 480x360 size), so the numbers you see should be around that. Change them to what you are comfortable with.
Also, it would be appreciated if you can share the project on Scratch and link it here. Just specify what stage size it needs to be when in turbowarp and it's good to go.
