I have been through lots of collab forums, but I actually never have collabed before, because I don't know how. So can you please tell me how to collab with others?

You could share a project, then have your other collab member remix. Once they remix, you can remix their shared project to add your edits and the cycle repeats-you build on top of theirs. In terms of collabs with artists and other roles, you can have them share projects with their (for example) art, in it, and then you can backpack it.

Tips:

• Create a studio/forum thread to stay organized.
  
• Be polite! People are likely to join your collab/stay if they like working on the project and with the people.
  
• Communicate-if you need help with something, ask your other teammates!
  
• Organization and dedication's also important-if you're not organized and/or you leave the project halfway through (I've been guilty of doing this) chances are your collab fails.
  

It's a really fun type of project to do, and you can meet a lot of different people through collabs. I'd really suggest trying it! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

There is not a real-time collaboration feature, that is rejected as it could lead to private messaging, but what you CAN do is go to the Collaboration forum, then ask for people to help collab by remixing the project, you could also do some sort of job forms like voice actors, art designers, etc.

You can make your own topic for that. Don’t worry - duplicate topics don’t exist in Questions about Scratch.
