Ok, so if you're wondering what Gorilla Tag (In which I call GTag) is, it's a MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) VR game where you use your arms to move, the player is shown as a gorilla, and you can play different game modes like Infection Tag, Casual Mode, and two others that might change from an update. The main focus is to socialize, but some people suck a little so private lobbies with friends might be best, but if you can handle a random eight-year-old screaming the N-word in a public lobby, then go ahead! But the main thing I do on GTag is Ghost Hunting, which is where you purposely find GTag Ghosts such as PBBV, Daisy09, Echo, and others. Another things is that you can find people that share interests, like for example, there are many fan codes for specific fandoms or communities e.g. a fan code for BFDI or TADC. There are also many content creators that make this kind of content, like Jmancurly, ElliotGT, KindaEpic, and others. There are many fan games like Cebus and Scary Ape.

Not really, they're mainly modders (What I and a couple of people call people with mods) who want to frighten people, but some people just play along XD

well, if you don't believe them, try checking out jmancurly's YouTube video about all of his ghost hunts. It helped me find out how they work. Plus, I am now always on guard in order to find something related to ghosts on gorilla tag.

I remember just branching in forest (infection) and the player spawned on top of stump and they where the color code 000 and they starter talking about how gorilla tag was shutting down and they said a string of numbers possible a IP or something (this was a ai voice). the lobby when silent shortly after t that the lobby whent silent and everyone froze, they were able to talk and move around but it wouldn't show it for anyone else, then I got disconnected from the lobby. anyone know what append? this was about 15 days ago

Well first I know they used a teleportation hack and then you got to see a crash hack, this ghost used some hack to crash the lobby you were in. I have only seen that ever happen once

Idk why but now it seems harder to find ghosts, I’m going to try ghost hunt again to see if I can find any real ghosts or warning bots

It's most definitely a hacker/modder, they used a hack/mod to crash the whole server.

Also, I know I'm posting a lot but, last month (I know, it's a long time but I wanna talk about it XD) I was in a ghost code with some people, and something weird happened, nobody was able to move but weirdly enough, only I was able to move, and I don't play on PC so I don't have mods, but like, it was weird… Does anybody know why that happened?

(Very few people I talk to who have ghosts encounters have experienced this, but luckily I have so I will explain)

So this was very likely a modder/ghost joining the lobby, I call them crasher ghosts.

Basically when they join they basically crash the sever this makes it so that you can see yourself moving but everyone else is frozen.

Btw could you hear everyone else in the sever (that’s what happened to me when I experienced it for the first time)

(Note that it could have just been lag or something else, but this is my main guess due to you saying you were in a ghost code)
