Use the appeal form that is located on the ban screen.

Do you mean the account you commented with is permabanned or do you mean your sisters account is permabanned? If your account is banned, use the Contact Us button to appeal your ban to ST. If your sisters account is banned, tell them to use the Contact Us button as I don't think you can appeal bans on behalf of others. If you are using another account to avoid a ban, it could reduce your chances of being unblocked.

@Blue_Retro_Dragon so kind of like Roblox, If they see your IP address making to many accounts because they banned you, they can ban your IP address? Soo its like that….maybe

Tell your sister to fill in the appeal form on the block page as you can't appeal bans on behalf of others.

If your sister is permanently banned, try telling her to appeal using the Contact Us button
