Hmm. This trends dangerously close to a poll in the forums- and if we're talking about individual posts, then it wouldn't be that hard for someone to do something like:

That's a fair point. That could end up reportable, but that's hardly a fix. That being said, in the OP, it does say “you also can't ask for hearts”.

The main reason I supported this suggestion was to acknowledge a post but can't figure out what to say without being awkward. You could also use this in lieu of “taken” or “accepted” in shops.

but then it will have to be public (I mean the users who hearted the post, it will have to say those people), if it is additionally used for taken and accepted
