Why did someone put symbols on middle on their word on the comment? Like D^&*6ont

They could of been trying to bypass a censer, did it accidently, explaining a maths formular/equation ect.
If you are referring to this specific case, I'm not to sure ( mainly due to lack of context ).

This tends to show up on older posts, studio descriptions, etc. I've seen it before, and I think it has to do with Unicode changes for things like apostrophes since the text was written, but I'm not sure.
Edit: If you found it on a recent post, it might be to bypass a censor (see the responses above and below)

They can neither bypass the bad word detector (If then, silently report it!) or as a joke.

These are called HTML Character codes, and every character has one.
For example, the code for “$” is “$”. This is used in code to display a character without it parsing as part of the code.
In very old Scratch, this sometimes happened with apostrophes due to some errors in their system. This led apostrophes to appear as “'”.
A notable place this happens is on a former Scratch Team member, brians' profile.
