This one’s simple, HOW DO YOU GET THE SKULL EMOJI IN SCRATCH? It’s been bugging me.

Win+period (for Windows 10/11 users)
Search+Shift+Space (for Chromebooks)
though there are some emojis you can make just by typing, such as Scratch Cat's head.

Unlike some of the other emojis, the skull emoji can be directly copy and pasted in Scratch: ☠️

It's a normal Unicode emoji so you can just use whatever emoji shortcut is on your device and click on the skull and crossbones (not the regular skull)
