Hey, I'm currently developing an online multiplayer base for me and my friends. I recently learned, though, that the cloud variables are down. Are they down permanently, down for brief maintenance, or down for an undisclosed amount of time? Thank you!

Their down for some amount of time probably.

Cloud variables are currently not working and currently no one knows what is causing the issues. There is no date when they will be fixed, all we can do is wait.

I have been developing a game on Turbowarp and I have been trying to upload it to a scratch project but it keeps failing to download. To clarify, the project is unshared. Is it failing to upload due to the cloud variable shortage?

You should be able to upload it in to Scratch even if it includes cloud variables ( it just won't work on Scratch ). It might be something with turbowarp ( eg. a extension that you might of used on Turbowarp that can't be loaded in to Scratch ), amount of music files ect. Maybe try signing in and out and restating your device if you haven't tried that already.
