I bet a pack of crackers that it's the kid i surprise is one BIingo adopted. It makes more sense if it's hers, since Bluey arrived completely empty-handed and taking your tiny kid somewhere requiers at least some napkins. Also, Chilli did not ask if the kid came, too.
And Bingo would definetly feel sorry for orphans and adopt someone if she could.
Or maybe it's the neighborhood toddler everyone knows?

Also, Chilli did not ask if the kid came, too.You could be right. That being said, the toy they're using is the same one Bluey uses in the episodes, so that might be a hint that it's her child?

(But yeah, the evidence does seem to point that she didn't know the kid was there.)

Everyone makes a fair point, but I honestly see the child being Bluey and Mackenzie's. It's literally theorized that Bluey has a crush on Mackenzie.
Oh, and I would also like to point out that Stripe also has a flopped-over ear so it could be either or…
