Terms of Service (TOS):

1. All projects at Shoreline Finds are free to use and remix! ✨

2. Please give credit to the creators if you use their work! Respect and kindness are key.

3. We aim for a calm and respectful space for everyone. Let's keep things friendly!

4. If you get a warning, please be sure to follow the rules from then on. If you get 3 warnings, access to the shop may be blocked.

5. No payments, donations, or any other forms of exchange. All content is FREE!

6. When submitting an employee application, use the term “tidal” somewhere in the application for proof that you read the TOS

7. NO SPAMMING OR POSTING IRRELEVENT CONTENT!!!

What to Do If Given Warnings:

If you receive a warning, here’s what to do:
1. Read through the rules and make sure you understand them.
2. Be kind and follow the community guidelines on Scratch.
3. If you're unsure about something, reach out and ask for help!

If you receive more than 1 warning, you will be placed on Frozen status, and will not be allowed to order from the shop, but we’ll be here to guide you back on track!

If you are a part of staff and you are on “Frozen” status, then that means that you have broken 1 or more of our rules. You will have a stage next to your username that will look like this:

-Person FROZEN STATUS

and the color used is this: #06a0f6. you will not be allowed to take orders until the status is removed, and when you are placed on the Frozen Status, then you will receive a number of days that you are not allowed to take orders (Maximum a week). Follow the rules please!

Please give us a clear description of what you want. For example, if you’re ordering art, let us know the theme, colors, style, and any specific elements you'd like included. If it's a code request, provide the type of code or function you need. Be as detailed as possible!

3. **Deadline:**
Is there a specific deadline you'd like us to complete your order by? If yes, please provide the date. If not, we will work at our usual pace to complete your order.

4. **Preferred Style or Theme:**
Let us know if you have any specific style or theme in mind! For example, boho, cartoonish, minimalist, futuristic, etc. If you're ordering a game or animation, feel free to describe the atmosphere, characters, or any special features you would like. ✨

5. **Additional Notes:**
Is there anything else you would like us to know about your order? This can include inspirations, references, or anything you'd like to add to help us understand your vision!

6. **Would you like to request any revisions?**
If you'd like to request specific revisions after the initial work is completed, let us know here! Keep in mind that revisions will be handled based on availability.

2) I've worked in TGS (your other shop) for over 2 years, and I think it'll be fun to see how this new one grows. I'm also just kinda bored, and being hired in only one shop isn't enough to fill out my free time with coding orders.

3) I have a lot of coding experience. Roughly 5 years of experience coding on Scratch (most of my projects are unshared now, but trust me, I have a lot). I have participated in level design contests on Scratch (even had winning placements in 2 of them), and through personal education using the internet, I have a lot of game design knowledge. Any project on my profile (except that art one), demonstrates something. Two are code made from the ground up, one is a bug fixing project I did for a friend, and another one is an optimized version of someone else's code.

I didn't have time to color pick the exact color, but search up “tidal wave color” ;)

There will be two heads of staff. You will be in charge of making sure staff are following the rules and keeping the are safe and professional and you have the privilege of having a vote in any major polls that happen as well as put staff on a freeze period. the warning section has been updated
