[NOT REJECTED] Censor Sprunki
As we are all aware, Scratch has seen a major influx in Sprunki-related projects. Sprunki itself is a horror franchise, and while elements of it can technically be used without all the gore and all the jumpscares, trying to do so is like swimming across the Atlantic to reach London; it isn't worth the effort when you could just hop on an airliner and be there in a couple hours. Those who hop on the airliner are the ones who post remakes of Sprunki, wihout any explicit content removed whatsoever. Nobody decides to swim.

Also, would those kids like it if Scratch was blocked in their schools all of a sudden? As far-fetched as it sounds, @speakvisually, a Scratch Team member at the time the following quote was written, confirmed that this has happened in numerous places:
To wrap it all up, Sprunki projects are popping up at an alarming pace, they completely ignore many of the guidelines that were set to prevent the mulitude of innocent kids from around the globe from having to be exposed to mature content, and various school districts have banned Scratch due to similar content. The franchise should be censored immediately to ensure that Scratch remains the kid-friendly coding platform it was always meant to be.

Sprunki meets that super simple requirement: today alone I have seen no more than two projects that contain jumpscares and intense gore on the first page of trending. There are thousands, maybe even tens of thousands of them by now, all of which contain content which is most definitely break the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service in various fashions. Plus, think about the Generally, the Scratch Team does not censor projects based on a certain franchise unless a large number of inappropriate projects were made with the franchise.one hundred million+ kids on Scratch: do they deserve to be exposed to this kind of content? Of course not! Just think about all the horrifying stuff these innocent children will have to deal with on a daily basis if it isn't censored!

Not only has Scratch been outright banned due to content like Sprunki, but kids have suffed from night terrors! Longtime community members didn't enjoy browsing the Explore page anymore! Why, then, should we risk something like that happening again? After all, Sprunki projects share many eerie similarities to FNAF… What’s the impact of this kind of content on Scratch? Multiple school districts have blocked access to Scratch. Several parents have reported their children having nightmares. A number of community members have expressed they feel uncomfortable browsing Scratch because of this type of content.

Support, I've never played the game so I can't commentate on how scary it is, although from what I remember the original creator of Sprunki is trying to separate from the project(s). The original games were also shared off-site, and so aren't subject to the licensing that Scratch puts on their projects. Even ignoring the legal implications, though, I just think it's morally the right thing to do to respect the creators wishes and at the very least remove direct reuploads from the site.

There are lots of different projects about different things that have off-site origins, like marvel, dc, literally any movie. Doesn't mean that there are going to be legal implantations. (Most) Sprunki projects have some sort of scary element in them. Of course, some of them were reported for that. I'd support though, because of my opinion on Sprunki.

So far as I know - the Sprunki franchise is not “banned” - some Sprunki content is okay for all Scratchers and is allowed on the site.
Just keep reporting stuff that is not okay for all Scratchers. At some point the Scratch Team may take a harder stance and start removing all Sprunki content - and if that happens it will become obvious - but for now just report the stuff that goes against the Community Guidelines.
