Scratch team already knows about the issue and they are working on it. Until then just wait or follow the forum. When the cloud comes back up I guarantee that everyone will know when it does. So can we keep posts in the forum relevant and important?

As of the scratch cloud varibles are down you might have to wait until scratch cloud varibles are fixed

Just when i was re-testing it. Mabye they're making an update for faster cloud servers, or they took it down to minge with it cuz they forgot how it worked

found this on Google. Why are cloud variables not working in Scratch?
Make sure your code does not send cloud data faster than every . 1 second or else the Scratch server will temporarily lock you out of cloud variable access.
