Dead Scratch Theory
This theory is based on the “Dead Internet Theory”. This theory states that most content on the internet is now taken over by bots and no human input. In my personal opinion, Scratch is soon to be a mindless page of dopamine inducing content to lure kids in. This includes the rise of low quality Sprunki projects on the “Explore” page. The Explore page has went from being a haven to a hellhole. Another example is the melting pot of generic platformers, even though they all meet back at the same root.

Especially sprunki. Stupid brainrot channels saw it and it was perfect: bright colors, stimulating, memorable, + horror aspects.

Even though, yes, I agree.
(The langauge bug puts too many Japanese projects that I u unfortanetly doesn't understandand know the langauge and projects)
Scratch prevents bot accounts.
Also most generic platformers are Japanese, there is a bug for the explore page not locating your langauge.
Also the “Questions about Scartch” is for questions about Scratch, not for theories. A studio or “Show and Tell” is a perfect place for this.

I agree that there is a lot more sprunki projects with gore in them getting into trending,
But I haven’t seen any generic platformers in ages

Please remember that “Questions About Scratch” is here to help Scratchers learn Scratch - the website and the language. Let's please not take up space with other topics. A studio might be a good place for those discussions.
