Project Reignition is P-06 but for Secret Rings.
Shadow Reloaded is a mod for the GC version of Shadow 05 that makes the game more fun.

how do i read it legally

Sorry man but the only option is buying them second hand and those can get crazy pricey, unless you wanna drop $100ish on each issue there’s really no “legal” way to read them. There are fan dubs of all issues on YouTube though if you don’t consider that piracy

It's literally the Wii version, but in 4:3 and with significantly worse performance and visuals (the textures dance around). The load times are as bad as Sonic 06 most of the time, and the Daytime menu SFX sound like they're being played underwater.
Just play the Wii version. It's objectively the better version.

At the bottom-left corner, there's a button that says “Add a Game”. Click that, then click “Add a Non-Steam Game”, then select an .exe file. Right-click on the game (once it's in Steam), go to Manage, and hit “Add Custom Artwork”.

Agreed, Bark is already peak character design so I’d love to see brown bears & pandas & other types than just polar bears
