You approach them, slightly annoyed, until they give an awkward smile and give a wave. Luckily, you know sign language quite well. You return the wave, and sit down to learn more about the cat. They flick their paws up their ears twice—Arctic-foxkit. You move your paw, as if writing, motion with your paw as if speaking, and move down your brows. InterviewerInquiry. You sit and watch them sign, learning a lot. Now, what did you learn?

She has taken her post in Seaclan for the next couple of moons, planning on interviewing all the kits— she heard some pretty interesting cats are here— but she has also been to Cavernclan and plans to go elsewhere. ⭄ experience - as far back as I can track, 4 years across multiple platforms. Kinda new to scratch rps {about 5 months}, but I’ve mostly learned about the rp environment. However, I’ve been writing stories with silly litter characters for about 7 years.



⭄ heya! I’m otter/otty. I’m gonna purposely keep this brief because I am not good at talking about myself {ambivert, introvert-leaning}. I love cats and books, so warrior cats is just my cup of tea. This is not my first rodeo with applications or TSS. I have had 2 other characters, Driftinghonor and Solaceshimmer, that I’m afraid to say I didn’t roleplay to the fullest. I abandoned them waaay too early for there to be any character development. However, I’ve decided to apply for litters to give my characters some longevity. Trust me, I’d keep this bean for much longer if I ended up winning. Well, anyways, that’s me!



⭄ why i want - LOOK AT THE BEAN. Look at those colors. So nice and bright and just—ACK. Little baby bean to the maximum. In addition, Dee sounds like a wonderful parent. The potential relationship with Icestorm provides a source for some controversy with this little baby, as (as you will see in personality) he is a tiny little rule follower who wouldn’t like that much. In addition, there is quite the wide family that provides a window for some interesting relationships with them. I imagine that they’ll have quite the hard time finding himself in this family, spawning a bit of drama as he tries to find his way.



⭄ why i should win - I love drama in my Roleplays. This little bean’s family and their relationships provide a way for him to spawn some chaos and drama within the family. I can scale my responses to long, lengthy responses to short, snappy ones based off of what the situation calls for. In addition, i am quite adept at sensing the tone of Roleplays and figuring out how my character would respond based off of their little personality, personal experiences, and relationships with the character(s) I am roleplaying with. With all of these details combined, this is why i believe i should be the winner and owner of Arctic-Foxkit.



⭄ longevity - as stated above, i had characters that i neglected. However, if i won the kit, i would definitely keep the little bean for quite a long time. At /least/ until he’s 25 moons, but most likely i will plan to keep him for a year. When it comes to the likelihood of harm, I imagine he would try to skate around violence. He won’t get any major injury, but i definitely plan on giving him a few mild scars and perhaps a bit of emotional or relational trauma. No blindness or paralysis, though.

Arctic-Foxkit loves its mother very much. He likes to make her gifts to show his appreciation for her. However, the recent developments in xe’s relationship with the ex-med cat of Falconclan, Icestorm, have caused his feelings to differ a bit. It can’t believe its mother would act in such defiance of the code. He will hide this from fae, however, out of fear of annoying her. Its thoughts will eventually come to the surface, however, and it will be forced to reveal his thoughts to his parent.



⭄ icestorm - potential mate of chal - (btw I don’t know the pronouns…so sorry goofy goober) “… I’m trying my best. However, I just can’t trust them.”

Arctic-Foxkit is still trying to figure out its feelings on Icestorm, but it doesn’t like how they’re a former Falconclan cat. He feels odd about them and Chal becoming mates, as he adores his mother deeply. It will eventually tell Icestorm what it thinks. He eventually finds that he feels that he despises the cat quite a little bit. It doesn’t hate the other cat, oh no, its feelings are just iffy about how they want to become mates with Dee. Maybe he’ll talk it over with Icestorm and slowly work together to strengthen their bond.

It admires its grandfather and how star worked his way up to the top, despite the clear physical differences when compared to other clanmates. He wants to become a high-rank one day, whether it be a deputy, medicine cat, or mediator. Therefore, it is obsessed with finding the positive mannerisms of these cats and using them as a bit of a mold to assure its success. It worked for them, so why won’t it work for him… right?

Arctic-fox finds that he belongs here. It would never want to leave and doesn’t understand why some of its clanmates want to get out of here. After all, the war is over, so why would anyone want to leave? Where else would anyone go? They wouldn’t be accepted anywhere else anyways. It believes everything the leadership tells it, and keeps the same view about the clan through its whole life. He is not blind to the imperfections of his clan, but has chosen to block them out rather than address them.

It is very clear how black-and-white he sees this thing— and he sees it as black. It often hides this, however, not wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings. He immediately wants it to stop, but hides it because he knows that might make Chal happy to allow xe to choose her mate with no interference from xir child. As it becomes a young warrior, however, it realizes that the pair becoming mates might make them both happy. Making them happy is something he loves to do, so he decides to stop bothering about it so much.

⭄ physical strengths {detailed} - when it comes to leaping and climbing, he is better than most. It especially adores leaping across ice drifts and climbing small icebergs. Of course, the body of a SeaCat is not fit for climbing and leaping— he’s not an Icecat. However, it is better at climbing than most cats in his clan that are also SeaCats. He adores clambering over rocks and pieces of ice in his free time. In addition, it is very resistant and steadfast when he fights. It delivers strong strikes rather than focusing on moving swiftly.
