WE NEED THIS BACK (gives true if loudness is greater then 10)

3: popup for input
like alert from snail ide but you give it input (the project will not continue until input comes back.

4: popup answer
the answer from the popup for input

loud? was likely removed because the name of the block doesn't really state how high the loudness has to be.
Also, a loud? block isn't really related to the other blocks.
