Be nice. Follow the Community Guidelines. Rudeness can and probably will result in a strike, which after 2 customer strikes will result in a ban!

Be patient and give reasonable deadlines. We're not wizards or programming whizzes like @griffpatch If you are asking for a small feature, then while it may not take more than an hour, we still ask for a 2 week deadline at least. And if you are asking us to make half of your 3000 block project, 2 weeks is not reasonable. (use keyword Taco in the order form).

We reserve the right to accept or deny any order. Being rude about a denied order will result in a ban.
if you don't like our product, we can always redo it! Just redo the form and say that you would like your product to be redone!
Be friendly and kind to our staff.
Any product we give you (program, art sound, etc.) that is used in a project MUST have credit and a link to this shop or we will report it!


For staff


1. Be nice. Follow the Community Guidelines.
2. Be on time with your order. If you can't finish an order before the deadline, notify the customer and me on our profiles or wherever the customer requests contact with a reason why it wont be finished before deadline. If you need another employee to finish it, let me know. Failure to notify about missed deadlines results in a strike.
3. No chatting with customers. You may chat with other employees, but only if you have completed all assigned orders.
4. Respond to activity checks! They will be almost weekly. You are required to respond within 3 days. Failure to respond to 2 activity checks in a row will result in getting a strike!
5. 3 Bumps maximum per day! always check to make sure somebody else hasn't bumped!
6. USING AI WITHOUT PERMISSION WILL RESULT IN GETTING BANNED
7. you will be required to notify me on my profile when you have completed an order with the link to the finished product. This is so that I can archive completed orders.
8. If the order is something like art, code, or audio(music & FX), it must be put in a project and that project cannot be unshared. please send the link to the customer and put the project in the official studio!
(Use keyword bean in the Staff Application Form.)
9. If you apply for a board of admin position, you are still expected to take on regular staff duties on top of your board duties
