ban remix chains completely

Why is this still open it's rejected isn't it and your solution is just getting rid of remixes entirely which is also rejected i'l ask someone to close it

Remixing is encouraged on Scratch - so long as meaningful changes are made and the projects themselves are not spam or inappropriate. Removing remix chains is not something we are likely to do.
