My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 14541.0.0, Chrome 132.0.0.0, No Flash version detected

While making any project, I'll get sound effects from Pixabay, but whenever getting music soundtrack from there, the sound dissapears into a thin line and I have to reset it, happens always, is this a known bug, but is there a fix? do I have to edit them to save them?

Edit: The current games of mine with this bug are Coliseum of Steel, and Skull Candy

Edit 2: UPDATE: Bug fixed, I split the soundtrack into 4 smaller chunks and scratch has a much easier time loading that

if the sound disappears right after importing (so not after saving and reloading the project), then this means it failed to import properly at all, and will probably have to be re-converted (for example to MP3).
if it disappears only after reloading the project, then that just's probably server issues, and reloading the project enough times might fix it.
