Backpack sounds will not drag

Whenever I try to drag a sound from my backpack to my project, it will drag but will not drop.

I'm dragging it to the sidebar of sounds. Please help me here.

Was the sound made in 1.4?

Yeah, it won't work then. Sounds from 1.4 won't go into 2.0, unfortunately.

The sound will only drag if it's a library sound., or it's edited. Other's won't drag period.
