Take the project number, then add it to the end of "https://turbowarp.org/".

It's really simple, just add the project's ID after turbowarp.org/ in the URL.
For the linked project, a TurboWarp URL would be the following: https://turbowarp.org/1067857969

just paste the url into the TurboWarp website (there is a big autofocused textbox for it), and the url in your browser's address bar will change to the right one
